I’ve been seeing Dr. Patel for about a year, and I’m grateful to have found her. After a bad experience with another dentist, I avoided visits for years, but Dr. Patel’s kindness and reassurance have completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. The front desk and hygienists are always so kind as well, and the text reminders are convenient. I’m no longer anxious about my routine visits. Highly recommend! 😊

Dr. Shinali Patel is an exceptional dentist, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. From start to finish, she did an outstanding job and made sure everything was done perfectly. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients, not just their dental health, but their comfort and confidence as well. Dr. Patel takes incredible pride in her work, pays close attention to every detail, and doesn’t rush the process until she knows the results are just right. Dr. Patel and her team are absolutely amazing. This office is so friendly, helpful, and most importantly non-judgmental. My husband, myself, and our 4 children all receive our cleanings here. My oldest daughter (under 10yo) is not the best brusher and has had some cavities but they don’t make her feel bad and are very gentle when she gets a filling -no trauma. I don’t know all the different insurances they accept but they do accept Tricare military coverage as that’s what we use. I believe they also have information for a low cost dental insurance plan you can buy into if you don’t normally carry insurance but don’t quote me, you’ll have to double check that.

I met Dr.Patel before she opened her own and now even years later I refuse to leave her service no matter the distance! Her professionalism, knowledge, and kindness is why I continue to go. I never liked the dentist but there’s never a bad experience in her office. It’s a very safe space and I’d recommend her and her staff to anyone!

Amazing dental office! Clean and welcoming ! Dr. And staff are wonderful! This office makes you feel like friends of their own! With having traumatic dental experiences as a child , I have to say this Dr. makes you feel comfortable, ensures you of no worry, works well with a light hand, and you never feel the slightest bit of pain. Brenah is always inviting with a bright and friendly smile ready to welcome everyone who walks through the door with a bubbly personality and pleasant to work with !

First off I've never been to a more clean Dentist office. The Great reviews is what steered me here.The staff and Dr Patel are wonderful. I really liked that she explained the procedures as she worked on me. I also liked the digital X-rays all done in the same chair, and appear on a screen right in front of you. There are many reasons that make this a Great place. If you give it a try, you will also see *).

I've been going to Riverside Dental Center for few years now and it's always great experience. From the moment you walk-in you feel welcome and the staff is very friendly. Each visit it feels like I'm meeting a friend for coffee instead of a regular dental appointment because Dr. Patel greets you by your name as soon as she sees you and asks personal questions like How are the kids? How was your vacation? etc. She remembers details and shows she truly cares about her patients. This type of welcoming and short conversation makes the appointment more personal and comfortable. Dr. Patel and her staff always do an outstanding job explaining step by step any procedures needed during your appointment and their transparency is always appreciated.
